Position Summary:
The Marketing Analyst works under the direction of the Director of Social Media to achieve exceptional customer engagement, foster intimacy, drive website traffic, and increase revenue through strategic utilization of the social media marketing roadmap. This includes Facebook, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and all other online platforms. The ideal candidate resides in either the Mountain or Pacific time zone.
Core Responsibilities:
The core responsibilities (essential functions) of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Receives work schedule and workload from Marketing Manager and works closely with the Social Media Coordinator.
- Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
- Provides information and commentary pertinent to deliberations, recommends options and courses of action, and implements directives.
- Recruits the incoming prospects via email, Meta, and telephonically.
- Presents media ideas with incoming recommendations to VP of Business Development
- Forwards leads to Admissions for each facility and base and follow up with admissions representatives on positive contact.
- Operates within federal and state regulations at all times.
- Adheres to Airstreams admissions policies and procedures.
- Lead generation to introduce the program to as many potential candidates as your territory can generate following the SOP guidelines.
- Lead conversion to have max fulfillment of each training cohort based on installation potential.
- Attends in-person events such as job fairs, hiring events, briefings, etc. created by marketing department for lead generating events.
- Attends all pertinent weekly, monthly, and annually scheduled meetings and training events.
- Creates new business by coordinating events with local community partners, unit leadership, potential partnered employees, or others.
- Responds immediately (within 24 hours) to contacts made via social media or other various methods of shown interest.
- Works with other departments (Career Placement, Admissions, etc.) to ensure a positive work environment that puts the needs of the student first.
- Conducts initial telephonic conversations with potential students and solicits their commitment to attend future courses.
- Generates personally developed inquiries and referrals.
- Recruits both military and non-military candidates/applicants who are interested and qualified to attend Airstreams course offerings.
- Participates in campus events such as open houses, orientations, graduations, etc.
- Inputs all activity into the database management system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Satisfies all assigned database tasks and participates in follow-up activities with enrolled students.
- Travels as needed to meet company goals and expectations.
- Demonstrates Airstreams core values of accountability, respect, and integrity in all aspects of work.

- Drives cross-functional collaborations with minimal oversight.
- Advanced expertise of relevant tools, platforms, and industry best practices
- Follows all company policies and procedures.
- Please note that residents of California and Washington State will be offered a commensurate hourly (non-exempt) pay rate if offered the position.
Required Skills, Abilities, and Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that represent customer service proficiency.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Stellar time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficient in Social Media coordination with a demonstrated history in the industry.
- Experience in Recruiting in person and through social media
- Three to five years of recruiting and customer service.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Required: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and maintain a drug-free status.
- Required: Possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
- Required: Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
