About this role

We are looking for a data-driven game changer attitude with an analytical mindset and natural talent for turning numbers into action. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will connect the dots in data, tell compelling stories and influence smarter business decisions. This is a hybrid position based in San Juan, PR.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Track and evaluate the execution of deepening strategies and initiatives, measuring effectiveness and customers response. 
  • Analyze customer adoption of products and features to uncover usage trends, opportunities and gaps.
  • Present findings through engaging reports, automated dashboards and impactful presentations. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience to ensure alignment and impact.
  • Identify and address data quality issues and discrepancies.
  • Apply statistical and analytical techniques to derive data from complex datasets.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support business goals.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field required.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience working with data analysis, business strategy, or customer intelligence required. Knowledge in data models and reporting. 
  • Minimum education and experience required can be substituted with the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.
  • Fully bilingual – English and Spanish (verbal and written) required.
  • Data storyteller - Positively influence and support business decision through data interpretation and discovery.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse staff, colleagues, and clients.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) required.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and QuickSight, or other software applications to retrieve data, create spreadsheets, and reports highly preferred.

WORK AUTHORIZATION & ELEGIBILITY:

  • Legally authorized to work in the US is required. This position is of indefinite duration and requires candidates to have permanent or ongoing work authorization.
  • Employee is responsible for maintaining eligible work authorization throughout his tenure with the organization.
