About this role

The Infrastructure Analytics team enables technology and operations leaders to make faster, better decisions by translating infrastructure data into actionable insights. 

As an Analytics Solutions Director within Banking & Wealth Management, Consumer & Community Banking, Finance Infrastructure team, you will lead an analytics capability focused on measurement, forecasting, optimization, and risk/control transparency across a large, global infrastructure portfolio. You will partner with Heads of Technology and Infrastructure Managers in Technology, PXT Finance Teams, Global Technology Finance, and key lines of business. The role requires excellent analytical skills, strong executive communication and the ability to distill complex, cross-functional topics into clear narratives and executive-ready materials. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with key stakeholders supporting end-to-end financial management: establish business cases, monitor trends, explain variances, and identify key drivers/sensitivities that impact outcomes across the infrastructure portfolio, including tokens/GPU/core applications
  • Establish token consumption measurement and attribution (by product, application, model, environment, and use case), including standardized definitions and cost modeling for billable tokens
  • Build a forecasting framework supporting token & GPU infrastructure usage that produces monthly/quarterly demand projections using driver-based assumptions 
  • Partner with Technology leaders to translate business priorities into measurable outcomes and analytics-backed decisions 
  • Build scalable analytics and self-service reporting, including dashboards and standardized scorecards for leadership and stakeholder consumption
  • Drive data structuring and governance for infrastructure; define data model requirements to support senior-level reviews and approvals
  • Develop forecasting and capacity modeling (e.g., compute/storage/network demand, staffing capacity, run-vs-change mix) to inform investment decisions and planning cycles
  • Own the Infrastructure Analytics strategy and roadmap, including KPI frameworks, investment decisions, operating metrics, and executive reporting
  • Establish a robust control environment for metric definitions and reporting processes to ensure consistency, auditability, and trust in results
  • Deliver executive-ready materials with a strong emphasis on clarity, data visualization, and narrative storytelling for senior management forums and business reviews

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 10+ years related experience and strong quantitative and analytical skills; ability to translate operational and financial data into actionable insights and executive decisioning 
  • Deep interest in developing agentic capabilities to develop analytical and forecasting capabilities for the future (e.g., virtual agent for interrogation of data and recommendation of actions)  and exceptional proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel 
  • Experience in dashboard reporting or other visual representation of KPIs Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think creatively and find cost-effective solutions
  • Ability to analyze data, process information, and work independently
  • Sound judgment and independent decision-making skills with strong executive communication skills: ability to synthesize complex topics into clear narratives and impactful presentations
  • Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects with excellent communication skills; comfortable interacting with senior business leaders
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage numerous deliverables with critical deadlines and adapt to frequently changing priorities

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in Data & Analytics and Financial Operations is preferred
