Apprentice Program

The Brittany Amador Farmers Insurance Agency is a full-service, multi-line insurance agency offering Auto, Home, Umbrella, Commercial, Specialty, and Life insurance products. This role focuses on supporting sales efforts within the agency and providing a high level of service to new and existing clients.

This position involves working directly with customers to quote and present insurance solutions, assist with policy options, and help guide clients through the purchasing process. The role includes managing inbound and outbound communication with leads, following up on inquiries, and maintaining ongoing client relationships.

Team members in this role will participate in structured training and development within the agency while gaining exposure to multiple lines of insurance and day-to-day agency operations. The position is part of a performance-driven environment with a focus on professional development and sales support.

Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
