Job Title: Armed Security Officer
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Dayshift from 7am-4pm
Location: Vancouver, Washington (98660)

Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of employees and visitors by maintaining a secure environment.
- Conduct foot patrols in designated areas to deter criminal activities and enforce client policies.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, ensuring a swift and effective resolution.
- Adhere to post orders, ensuring that proper security procedures are followed for every situation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Possession of a Washington DOL Armed Security Guard License is required prior to applying.
- Candidates must possess a valid Washington State Concealed Pistol License (CPL).
- Strong conflict management skills, with the ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations.
- Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professional appearance, dependable work ethic, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience is strongly preferred.
