Responsibilities

  • Art directors direct, design and conceptualize brand expressions across a variety of mediums, including mobile, product, film, interactive, OOH, print, events, and experiential, etc
  • An understanding of how art direction, design, and conceptual ideas can be used to tell a story on behalf of a brand and within a product
  • Present ideas in a clear and focused way that builds consensus within the team
  • Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment
  • Create original, breakthrough work

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of agency or in-house experience developing concepts and art directing for brand and product campaigns
  • Can design, art direct and articulate conceptual design decisions
  • Able to bring ideas to life with high-quality comps and prototypes using creative software and other tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, Keynote, etc)
  • History of self-initiated projects
  • Detail-focused with an eye for visual craft

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in pursuing emerging technologies
  • Fashion or Tech Marketing experience
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Experience creating content and campaigns on emerging platforms and formats
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)

Compensation

  • $98,000/year - $144,000/year; Country: US; Bonus eligible; Equity eligible
