About this role

Job Description:

The Analyst will be a member of the US Equity Growth team; the Growth team manages $350bn across several Growth strategies. The role will involve working closely with Portfolio Managers and Research Analysts to augment existing research processes and approaches to portfolio construction and risk management as well as developing new avenues in each area. There will also be episodic responsibilities related to Private Investing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with Portfolio Managers to help refine approaches to portfolio construction and risk management

• Work with research analysts to automate existing research workflows and help imagine new approaches using AI to gain differentiated perspectives on company prospects with an emphasis on identifying stocks that have the potential to meaningfully exceed consensus expectations and possess substantial future optionality

• Accelerate the team’s ability to utilize and integrate rapidly expanding internal tools and LLM capabilities 

• Work with Portfolio Managers on the execution aspect of episodic investments in private companies

• Interface with external data and technology providers and help deploy new tools

 Requirements:

·         Passion for the stock market generally and investing in growth stocks specifically

-     Ability to leverage modern AI tools to accelerate research and analysis

·         Superior analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task

·         Strong work ethic with a drive to outperform and a commitment to continuous improvement

·         Intellectual curiosity with a desire to learn from multiple disciplines

·         Strong interpersonal skills to work constructively and successfully with other team members

·         Effective written and verbal communication skills

·         Financial modelling skills and financial statement familiarity useful but not essential

 ·      3+ years of related industry experience
