Job Responsibilities:
o Ensure excellent guest service is provided by all team members
o Maintain product quality standards
o Maintain high standards of store cleanliness
o Monitor sales and labor issues on a daily basis with a goal to maximize profitability without sacrificing customer service
o Perform any other duties deemed necessary
o Requirements and Qualifications:
o Good communication and organization skills
o Exerts high degree of energy and drive to meet customer demands
o Ability to work in a fast paced environment
o Capable of making quick and appropriate decisions
o Strong reasoning and problem solving skills
o Ability to multi task with projects and staff
o Ability to manage time effectively
o Walking and standing for the entire shift
o Able to lift and carry objects as and when necessary
o Work varied hours/days based on business needs, including weekends and holidays
