Responsibilities:Associate AI Software Developer
We are seeking an Associate AI Software Developer who is eager to grow their software engineering skills while gaining hands-on experience with AI and machine learning technologies. This role is ideal for an early‑career developer who enjoys learning by doing, collaborating with experienced teammates, and contributing to real-world applications in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prototype & Feature Development: Assist in building proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions and early-stage features under the guidance of senior developers.
Software Development: Contribute to the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications that meet business and technical requirements.
AI/ML Exposure: Support the integration of AI and machine learning components into products and services, with mentorship from more experienced engineers.
Learning & Research: Learn about emerging tools, frameworks, and AI/ML approaches through hands-on experimentation and team collaboration.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior developers, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions.
Documentation: Help maintain technical documentation, including basic design notes and PoC learnings.
Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable code and follow established development, security, and performance standards.
Continuous Improvement: Actively seek feedback, learn new skills, and continuously improve technical capabilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
1–3 years of professional or internship-level software development experience.
Familiarity with Java, Python and Typescript.
Basic understanding of software development fundamentals, including APIs, data structures, and version control.
Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) through coursework, projects, or early professional experience.
Interest in or introductory experience with AI/ML concepts such as machine learning, NLP, or data-driven applications.
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Academic or project-based experience with AI/ML frameworks or libraries.
Familiarity with microservices, Docker, or basic CI/CD concepts.
Exposure to Agile or Scrum development environments.

The starting salary is anticipated between $90,000 and $110,000 and will be commensurate with experience.
