The Associate Account Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for small business clients. This role involves supporting account managers by documenting transactions, preparing financial reports, and assisting in compliance with financial regulations. The Entry-Level Account Manager handles basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks, ensuring that client accounts are managed efficiently and accurately. Additionally, this role is responsible for simple payroll processing.
Day to day, you'll...
- Manage and oversee payroll and basic bookkeeping tasks for Small Business clients
- Perform reconciliation and categorizations
- Perform simple payroll processing for micro small businesses
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and support
- Manage miscellaneous bookkeeping tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in payroll processing and accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax compliance regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in accounting and payroll software (e.g., ADP, Xero, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of managing payroll for multiple organizations
