This is a hybrid position with an expectation to be in our Fort Wayne, IN office a minimum of two days per week. This position does not qualify for relocation assistance.  Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Position Summary

The Associate Business Analyst supports the planning, documentation, and analysis of business requirements for IT projects. This role involves gathering and organizing information, assisting in process analysis, and supporting communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. The Associate BA contributes to the successful delivery of technology solutions by ensuring clarity and alignment of project objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.

  • Support requirements analysis and validation with stakeholders.

  • Participate in process mapping and workflow documentation.

  • Help evaluate information to ensure compliance with standards and business needs.

  • Compile and organize data for reporting and decision-making.

  • Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to support project execution.

  • Contribute to QA and UAT planning and documentation.

  • Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement of PMO processes.

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Familiarity with SDLC and basic project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and analytical thinking.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Exposure to Jira, Visio, and other relevant tooling is a plus.
