Job Description

Assists with the design and development of custom Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards, metrics and reports. Conducts data analysis, identifies data sources, and creates and modifies data architecture as necessary. Participates and assists with the analysis of business intelligence initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  1. Assists with the development of dashboards, metrics, or insights and identifies trends or anomalies.
  2. Consults with users or decision makers to identify data sources, required data elements, or data validation standards.
  3. Follows direction from development teams to design business intelligence solutions to facilitate data gathering, storage, and retrieval.
  4. With direct guidance and oversight, collaborates with end users in the design and development of custom dashboards, metrics and reports.
  5. Analyzes and evaluates end user’s reporting needs and translates business requirements into detailed technical design and programming specifications.
  6. Assists with researching and conducting data analysis in support of resolution of production issues.
  7. Documents all report related activities including user requests, report specification, development, modification, testing and on-going production support.
  8. Assists with creating dashboard and reporting solutions to meet user needs and requirements.
  9. Operates with direct guidance and work assignments are generally straightforward and of moderate complexity.
