The Opportunity
Guidewire is seeking an Associate Certification Program Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our internal certification programs, which validate the expertise of our ecosystem partners and customers on Guidewire products. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including product management, learning and development, and our partner network, to maintain and enhance the integrity and effectiveness of our certification pathways.
What You'll Do
- Support the administration and maintenance of the certification platform and related systems.
- Assist in the development, review, and publication of certification exam content and practice tests.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure certification materials are accurate and up-to-date with product releases.
- Analyze certification program data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and reporting needs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to certification candidates and internal teams.
- Document processes and procedures related to certification program operations.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features or system enhancements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the certification program's efficiency and effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a systems analyst, program coordinator, or similar technical support role, preferably in a software or IT environment.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or certification platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of database concepts or data analysis tools is advantageous.
