Our clients bring us a wide variety of projects including both public and private sector, custom and off-the-shelf, global and local, and work closely with our consultants to optimize their hiring and development processes. We are always engaged in creating new products and interested in being first and best to market with the latest discoveries in our field. We are regular and active SIOP attendees and contributors. Aon Assessment Solutions provides a great deal of autonomy for our team members, with support and expertise from your colleagues always available.

  • Data Analysis: Working closely with our Analytics team and analyzing and interpreting results from complex data analyses and using data visualization techniques to display return on investment to various audiences.
  • Staying current with the latest research in the field allows us to offer expert mentorship to our clients. This ensures alignment with a standard approach in all our activities.
  • Other Potential Duties: Our clients give us all types of interesting and complex requests! Not to mention we regularly work with other Aon solution lines (including Health, Wealth, Risk, and other Talent areas). The depth and breadth of opportunities you will be involved with are quite expansive.
