The Assoc Digital Marketing Analyst’s goal is to help develop and implement well thought out and strategic marketing plans for Digital Marketing to generate Ecommerce sales. Success will be measured by return on investment metrics, as well as overall execution of the plan. This person will report to the Manager, Digital Marketing and collaborate with Digital Marketing, Digital Experience, and Merchandising as well as outside partners and vendors. This person must have incredible communication skills, be able to adapt to and work with various personalities, and see challenges as opportunities.
Assist Digital Marketing Manager and Lead Digital Marketing Analyst with day-to-day management of the Belk Partner Marketing program by partnering with internal buying offices and external vendors to execute paid vendor campaigns.
- Partner with buying offices to confirm campaign details and logistics based on promotional calendar
- Manage schedule of deadlines for upcoming campaigns- asset and other deliverable deadlines, confirming inventory and promos are still accurate
- Assist with creative briefing process weekly
- Own the CRMs through requests, uploads, checklists, and audience management
- Oversee shared internal documents that communicate campaign information with partner teams
- Assist with trafficking on-site activations and affiliate coupon/offers
- Email Pick-up notes, validation, deployment validation
- Manage all eCommerce boost requests
- Confirm campaigns go live on schedule dates,
- Assist with pulling data for Business reports, compiling recaps, and ad-hoc reports and research
- Complete work as needed and assigned by team
Minimum Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent years of experience
- Specific Degree: Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, or related
- Specific work or project experience: Marketing in-house or agency, or other related experience
- Industry experience: Marketing
- Specific work or project experience: Preferably Digital Marketing experience in Social Media
- Industry experience: Marketing
Preferred Education & Experience:
- 2 or more years of applicable experience preferred

- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and vendor-facing communication skills.
- Excellent ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.
- Strong working knowledge of social media or digital marketing.
- Enthusiastic, flexible, and creative problem solver.
