Responsibilities:
JOB SUMMARY
Financial Reporting is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation, analysis, and presentation of an organization's financial statements and disclosures. Professionals in this job family ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies, providing critical financial insights to stakeholders and supporting strategic decision-making.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist in preparing financial statements
- Help maintain financial records
- Assist with audit preparation and respond to inquiries
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
- Supports the preparation and validation of financial reports by gathering data, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with reporting standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Entry individual contributor in a professional role. Receives detailed instructions and works under close review and supervision in a developmental environment. Applies learned theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies to work assignments. Majority of work efforts are focused on supporting implementation or delivery of processes, programs, and/or policies and are not typically difficult or complex.
Learns how to develop internal working relationships.
Bachelor's degree or role-relevant experience. No previous professional experience required.
- Basic understanding of financial reporting principals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred
- CPA certification is a plus
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Function in a fast-paced, office environment
- Travel by car or plane with overnight stays
- Work extended hours; sit for extended periods.
- Occasionally lift 20 lbs or more
