Description

Movora is seeking a Global Product Manager – Trauma & Extremity to lead strategy and performance for a key segment of our orthopedic implant portfolio. This role works closely with cross functional teams to develop product strategy, support product launches, and drive market growth.


This position is hybrid and includes up to 30% travel.


Position Overview
The Global Product Manager is responsible for shaping the strategy, development, and performance of products within the Trauma & Extremity portfolio. This role gathers market insights, collaborates with internal teams, and helps deliver innovative solutions that support customer needs and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies and go to market plans for assigned product lines
  • Lead product development initiatives, product launches, and portfolio optimization efforts
  • Collaborate with teams across marketing, sales, education, R&D, quality, and supply chain
  • Support the development of marketing materials, product training, and educational content
  • Gather feedback from customers, key opinion leaders, and sales teams to guide product improvements
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Support pricing strategies, sales forecasting, and product performance tracking
  • Participate in industry conferences, training programs, and sales support initiatives

Requirements

 Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of professional experience in Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Clinical Support, Engineering, Operations, or a related business function.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work with cadaveric specimens in a laboratory or operating room environment
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 30%)

Preferred

  • Experience in veterinary or animal health industries
  • Familiarity with joint replacement technologies and clinical applications
  • Experience launching new products or managing product commercialization
  • Global product management experience
