This is not a dead-end support role. This is a structured, hands-on training and development position designed to turn strong operators into full Project Managers running their own projects, clients, and production.<br> You will train directly under a Senior Mitigation PM (based in New York), learn the full job lifecycle end-to-end, and progressively take ownership of your own mitigation projects as you ramp.</div><div> <br><strong>THE WHY</strong> </div><div>Restoration exists to help people and businesses during hard days – floods, burst pipes, mold, and major losses.
