The Role:The San Francisco office is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate – Early Careers to join our team. This role focuses on coordinating and executing campus recruiting initiatives, including interviews, events, candidate engagement, and program logistics.
Working closely with experienced Talent Acquisition and HR professionals, this position contributes to the full recruiting lifecycle for interns and entry-level hires and assists with Experienced Hire recruiting activities in the San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices. The Associate will play an active role in delivering consistent, high-quality candidate experience while gaining hands-on exposure to recruiting in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the full campus recruiting cycle, including resume review, initial outreach, interview scheduling, offer coordination, and ongoing candidate communication
- Ensure a professional, seamless, and positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruiting process
- Manage candidate data, workflows, status updates, and job postings in the applicant tracking system (ATS), currently iCIMS
- Track and maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, interview status, offers, and hiring activity, and assist with the preparation of basic recruiting reports
- Help plan and execute career fairs, campus presentations, internship programming, and recruitment events
- Provide logistical support for recruiting activities, including interview scheduling, candidate travel coordination, and onsite visit preparation
- Support relationship-building with target schools, student organizations, faculty, and career services teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (minimum GPA of 3.0)
- 1+ years of professional experience in recruiting, HR, campus engagement, or event coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills preferred
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective written and verbal communication, and presentation abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
- Professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Willingness to travel to campus events and work occasional overtime during peak recruiting periods
Compensation and Benefits
Our firm offers a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being, growth, and long-term success of our people. Salary Range: For individuals hired to work in San Francisco, CA, the expected salary range for this role is $82,500 to $95,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skill set.
Benefits: Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage. Employees may enroll in the firm’s 401(k) plan upon hire.
