This role will be based in our Los Angeles office, in-office presence is required for day-to-day operations, as well as for team meetings, training opportunities, and relationship building.
Position Summary
The Attorney Talent Acquisition Intern plays a key role in assisting the Attorney Talent Acquisition team with activities related to recruiting, hiring, and onboarding attorneys, with a particular focus on the Summer Associate Program. This position supports the on-campus recruitment process, coordinates interviews, manages candidate communications, and maintains applicant tracking systems. The candidate should also be flexible to work overtime as needed, especially during peak student recruiting periods.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the on-campus recruiting process and Summer Associate Program
Prepare materials, schedule callback interviews, follow up with attorneys, and coordinate communications to candidates
Coordinate in-person or virtual interviews for candidates and distribute relevant materials to interviewers
Communicate and interact with candidates both in the office and on-campus
Maintain and track candidates in the applicant tracking system; manage and update applicant databases
Perform miscellaneous administrative duties, including processing invoices and law firm shared expenses
Assist with other department activities and special projects as needed

Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written); professional demeanor and presentation
Ability to handle confidential, sensitive, and proprietary information with discretion
Education & Prior Experience
High School Diploma required; pursuing a Bachelor's Degree a plus
Some administrative recruiting experience in a mid-to-large size professional organization preferred but not required
Technology
Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
The expected pay range for this position is:
$20/hr
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
