About this role
The Student Manager or (SM) is a support role whose purpose is to complete student files and prepare students for the academic rigor of the program by providing post- enrollment guidance. The SM accomplishes this by directing student completion of the Orientation Course as well as monitoring the students through the first 3 weeks of the conditional enrollment period (3 weeks post-start date). This position will report directly to the Senior Director of Admissions and interact with Admissions Representatives, Financial Aid Department and Academics based on parameters set by the Senior Director of Admissions.
Key Job Elements:
- The Student Manager has the responsibility to manage student progress towards admission, which includes acceptance, orientation, finance, and making sure the student is ready for the start of class.
- Interact with students based on need.
- The Student Manager will strategize with the Admissions Representative on a student engagement plan.
- Contact with all students enrolled based on need.
- Setting expectations for Orientation completion and progression through defining a timeline with students.
- Conduct progress meetings with Admissions Representatives on student files and be prepared with an update on all enrolled students’ progress through orientation and other activities of engagement.
- Communicate with Academics on assignment progress during the Conditional Enrollment Period.
- Collaborate with Director of Admissions on progress toward targets.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Ability to coach and provide critical feedback on target objectives
- Provide insight to the Director of Admissions as to trends and discuss possible solutions
- Creating job aids for students and admissions reps in collaboration with the Director of Admissions and training Specialist pending approval prior to distribution
- Associate’s degree in business or a related field required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Nature of work requires an ability to operate standard business equipment. Sitting for a long period of time; up to 8 hours of computer and/or phone work daily.

This is a fully remote position that requires a dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free workspace with a reliable internet connection.

The expected Salary range for this position is between $64,000 - $70,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
