8+ years in manufacturing automation; 5+ years in technical leadership or regional multi-site role; experience with automated assembly lines, robotics, vision and automated testing; ROI justification; travel up to 75% in US; Bachelor in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics/Automation Engineering; Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
