At least 1 year of QA experience
Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes.
Skills: Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Communication skills, ability to work in a multiple / diverse stakeholders environment, People coordination
Should have good Analytical and Communication skills
Should have hands on experience in test automation scripting using Selenium / JAVA / Python
Interacting with Client SME and development leads for requirement capturing and clarification. Also understanding the implicit and explicit requirement of client.
Should have working experience in Software Development methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative (Spiral), Agile, Scrum and Standard SDLC methodologies.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Should be involved Requirement Understanding, Preparation of High Level and Low Level Scenarios, Test Execution activities
Defect Tracking and Reporting

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 1 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
