•  Greet customers and identify vehicle concerns 
•  Build estimates and repair orders 
•  Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally 
•  Quote aftermarket and off-road upgrades 
•  Coordinate with technicians throughout the repair process 
•  Provide regular customer updates 
•  Schedule appointments and manage workflow 
•  Deliver vehicles and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction 
•  Help customers build vehicles that match their goals and budget 

•  Service Advisor, Service Writer, or automotive sales experience preferred 
•  Strong automotive knowledge 
•  Jeep, truck, and off-road experience highly preferred 
•  Excellent communication and customer service skills 
•  Organized and capable of managing multiple customers simultaneously 
•  Experience with estimating and shop management software is a plus 
•  Self-motivated and team-oriented 

•  Monday-Friday schedule
