This individual will play a vital role in processing financial transactions, managing dealership accounts, and supporting our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to manage financial documentation, and excellent communication skills to liaise between customers and the dealership.
Key Responsibilities:

Process customer payments, including down payments, vehicle financing, and lease transactions.

Verify and reconcile daily banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and adjustments.

Assist with processing vehicle sales, financing agreements, and payment records.

Maintain and update customer account information in dealership software.

Handle customer inquiries related to payments, financing, and account status.

Ensure compliance with dealership policies, financial regulations, and industry standards.

Assist in preparing financial reports for management and accounting purposes.

Provide support to the finance team in managing dealership accounts, balancing ledgers, and resolving discrepancies.

Perform other administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the dealership's finance department.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance, accounting, or business administration is a plus.

Previous experience in banking, finance, or clerical roles in a dealership setting is preferred.

Strong organizational and numerical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership software/systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
