About this role

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a server in a banquet or restaurant setting
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with fine dining service
  • Knowledge of wine and food pairing
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items

Responsibilities:

  • Set up banquet rooms and tables according to the event specifications
  • Greet guests and take their orders for food and beverages
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure that guests have everything they need throughout the event
  • Clean up banquet rooms and tables after the event

Skills:

As a Banquet Server, you will use your excellent customer service and communication skills to provide exceptional service to our guests. You will also use your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure that all events run smoothly. Your knowledge of wine and food pairing, as well as your ability to work well in a team environment, will be beneficial in providing a memorable experience for our guests. Additionally, your positive attitude and willingness to learn will contribute to the success of our team.
