Bathhouse Guest Experience Associate (Part Time)

Department Overview:

Saunaday is a modern bathhouse designed for deep relaxation, social connection, and personal wellness. Inspired by traditional sauna cultures and infused with a contemporary, boutique hospitality approach, we offer an elevated yet welcoming environment where guests can unwind, recharge, and embrace the rejuvenating power of heat and cold therapy.

Hours of Operation:
Wednesday through Monday, 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Closed Tuesdays)

Shift Times:
Shifts may begin as early as 6:30 AM and end as late as 10:00 PM, depending on scheduling needs.

Shift durations vary between 5-8 hours 

Salary/Wage Range:

Hourly $14.00 to $16.00

Position Summary/Job Duties:

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and authenticity, providing a seamless check-in experience and setting the tone for relaxation.
• Educate guests on sauna etiquette, hydrotherapy benefits, and house policies to enhance their experience.
• Anticipate guest needs, answer questions, and provide thoughtful recommendations to elevate their visit.
• Maintain the pristine ambiance of the space by assisting with light cleaning, towel & backbar restocking, and ensuring all areas meet Saunaday’s high aesthetic and hygiene standards.
• Assist guests with retail selections, hydration offerings, and other wellness-focused amenities.
• Work closely with fellow associates and management to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.

• Passionate about wellness, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in maintaining a serene and well-kept space.
• Excellent communicator, able to engage with guests and team members alike.
• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or wellness-related fields is a plus, but we prioritize attitude and enthusiasm over background.
• Ability to work nights and weekends is preferred.
