Overview

Position Title: Team Lead – Behavioral Health Therapist
Location: Riley Hospital
Shift: Full-Time Day  

 
Position Overview: The Team Lead oversees daily operations, patient care, and the quality of behavioral health services. Responsible for establishing program outcomes, evaluating procedures, and modifying policies to improve service delivery. Provides clinical assessments, individual and group psychotherapy within the Intensive Outpatient Program and other assigned services. Coordinates multidisciplinary treatment planning, ensures appropriate discharge processes, and collaborates with community agencies. Ensures compliance with all accreditation and quality standards, and supports staff development to meet program standards.
This leadership role requires a master's degree in a relevant mental health field, state licensure, and at least 5 years of relevant experience.

 
Roles and Responsibilities:  
Oversee daily program operations, ensuring quality and compliance.  
Participate in establishing and monitoring program outcomes.  
Evaluate procedures and modify policies as needed for continuous improvement.  
Provide clinical assessments, individual, and group psychotherapy within the Intensive Outpatient Program and other services.  
Coordinate multidisciplinary treatment planning meetings and discharge planning.  
Collaborate with community agencies and organizations to support patient care.  
Complete required reports and documentation to maintain compliance with accreditation standards.  
Ensure all services meet applicable quality and safety standards.  
Provide guidance, support, and resources to clinical staff to ensure standards are met.

 
Qualifications & Requirements:  
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited school.  
Current Indiana state licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LMHC 
Minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical or leadership experience.
