Job Summary
Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent, Human Resource, provide responsible office support duties requiring an understanding of the operations, procedures and functions of all aspects of employee leaves and benefit information; resolving insurance benefit, retirement, reporting and reconciliation problems; providing information to new and current employees, providers and/or administrators; and ensuring employee proof of coverage and accurate billing. Perform functions related to employee benefits; and maintain related financial and statistical records and files.

Requirements / Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Must have at least two years of clerical accounting, Human Resources and/or Benefits experience preferred.

Location: District Office - Human Resources
Work Schedule: 8.0 hrs./day, 5.0 days/week, 12.0 mos./year
Sick leave and vacation are earned on a prorated basis at a rate of one day per month. There is an available insurance policy for hospitalization, major medical, dental, vision, and life. School employees must join the State School Employees Retirement System.
