What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• Fluent in English + Spanish or Portuguese
• Friendly, professional communication style
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable in a busy, fast-paced office
• Able to work on-site in Phoenixville, PA

Nice to have:

• Experience in customer service or insurance
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Sales experience or comfort with client conversations

What you'll do:

• Greet and assist clients in person, by phone, and via email/CRM
• Resolve policy questions and service requests with care
• Process payments and assist with claims
• Prepare and send insurance quotes
• Support licensed agents with administrative tasks
• Help close sales as part of the agent team
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records
• Keep the office running smoothly day to day
