Job Summary

 

The Bilingual Recruiter/Administrator is a key member of the People Operations team, responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring high-quality candidates across hourly, skilled, and professional roles. Using innovative sourcing strategies and bilingual communication skills, this role helps fill hard-to-recruit positions and supports the full recruitment life cycle. This specialist also partners with hiring managers, promotes Versova’s employer brand, and assists in other HR and strategic People Operations initiatives to drive organizational growth and maintain a positive work culture.

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Assist with job postings and advertisements across ATS and external platforms.
  • Support interview and selection processes, including scheduling and preparing materials.
  • Identify and recommend recruiting strategies based on industry standards and role type.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, including conducting intake meetings and providing updates.
  • Coordinate and attend career fairs and recruiting events.
  • Promote People Operations programs and foster a positive workplace environment.
  • Create, review, and update job descriptions to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational needs.
  • Maintain sensitivity to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and public image.
  • Participate in department-level strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma, HSED, or GED equivalent
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience with Microsoft office tools
  • Strong communication interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of recruiting experience
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Advanced degree in a related field
  • Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or logistics sectors.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Work Environment

This is primarily an office-based role with occasional travel to recruiting events, universities, and operational sites. The position may involve lifting up to 25 lbs. for job fairs or events and may include occasional exposure to farm or production environments.
