Responsibilities

• Master the Boards: Own our presence on all major job boards, crafting compelling posts that attract top-tier talent.
• The First Handshake: Conduct high-volume phone screenings and initial interviews to discover the "perfect fit."
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire candidate journey, from sourcing and vetting to coordinating final interviews.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent Nation Security with a professional, energetic, and "people-first" attitude in every interaction.
• Operational Flow: Keep the recruitment engine running smoothly by leveraging Google Calendar for scheduling and Google Drive for seamless document management.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table

• Fluency: 100% Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must. You can build rapport in both languages effortlessly.
• Recruiting DNA: Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, screening, and interviewing.
• Board Savvy: Deep familiarity with modern job boards and a sharp eye for spotting great resumes in a sea of applications.
• Tech Intuition: Highly proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, and Calendar. You thrive in collaborative, cloud-based workflows.
