Enviro-Clean Services, a rapidly growing janitorial, custodial, and cleaning service provider with a strong team of 1600 members spanning Michigan, is on the lookout for a proactive Bilingual Recruiter to join our Grand Rapids team.

Job Description: As a Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. This position is primarily administrative, focusing on coordinating candidates through each stage of the process, while also supporting in-person recruiting activities as needed.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Resume Screening: Review and assess applicants to identify qualified candidates.
• Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Hiring Coordination: Finalize hire dates, track onboarding steps, and ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed.
• Process Management: Maintain accurate records and support the overall efficiency of recruiting workflows.
• Fieldwork: Participate in offsite recruiting efforts such as conducting interviews, attending job fairs and career fairs, and promoting employment opportunities to attract potential candidates. Requires a valid driver's license.
• Sourcing Support: Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through various channels to support hiring needs.
• Team Support: Assist the recruiting and hiring team with day-to-day activities, including substituting for other team members when needed.
