About the Role
Hello, BCBAs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in Windsor, Colorado for the 2026–2027 school year. In this role, you will provide behavioral support services to students, collaborate with school teams, and develop individualized behavior plans that promote student success. You’ll work alongside educators, related service providers, and families to create positive, supportive learning environments.

What You’ll Do
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide consultation and behavioral support to students, teachers, and staff
Collaborate with special education teams, general education teachers, and families
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Support implementation of evidence-based behavioral strategies across school settings
Provide training and coaching to staff supporting students with behavioral needs
Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
What We’re Looking For
Active BCBA certification
Active CDE certification, or be willing to obtain asap
Experience providing behavior support in school-based settings preferred
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Passion for supporting students and school teams
Ability to work independently while partnering with a multidisciplinary team
