We have immediate openings for a Branch Office Coordinator who can handle a variety of office responsibilities and support our caregivers who are providing care for our community's most vulnerable.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Recruit, hire, and interview aides based on the needs of the branch. Works collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition team on identifying best practices, and strategies, and onboarding clinical/administrative staff.
  • Coordinate and ensure pre-employment activities are completed and in compliance with company standards.
  • Conducts new employee orientation and ensures all necessary paperwork is properly filled out and submitted to appropriate areas
  • Consult with HR Manager on all employee-related matters including but not limited to corrective actions, terminations, promotions, demotions, etc. prior to action
  • Assists with scheduling, call-ins, and visit verification
