About this role
Must be 18+, high school diploma/GED, able to speak/read/write English, lift up to 45 lbs (over 45 with assistance). Must complete DoW training, maintain CPR and First Aid, pass background checks, immunizations, and pre-employment physical. CY1: 6 months group program experience or 6 college semester hours or entry-level DoW training. CY2: 12 months group experience or CDA/MSA credential or 12 semester hours plus DoW training.
