Position Summary:

The Bus Operations Supervisor is responsible for the daily oversight of marketing-related functions. This includes and is not limited to front-line customer service, new card sign-ups, customer database, promotional and enrollment kiosks, comp redemption, ticket sales, daily bus operations, and promotions. This role involves supervising Bus Representatives, bus drivers and support staff, managing routes and schedules, monitoring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, oversight over all marketing-related functions, and addressing operational challenges in real-time. Responsibilities are performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting North Fork Mono Casino's culture and always demonstrating exemplary Service Standards.
  • Assist with billing processes, establish new contacts, and obtain Certificates of Insurance (COIs) as required.
  • Supervise daily marketing operations.
  • Assist with the completion of all daily documentation required for operations.
  • Lead and supervise the Bus Representative team including hiring, training, motivation, and performance management.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining positive relationships with bus companies, tour operators, and group leaders.
  • Collaborate with property teams to provide guidance and support related to all marketing-related functions.
  • Monitor and report all marketing-related issues to their direct manager.
  • Issue Player Cards and input data into the enrollment system.
  • Effectively and accurately operate assigned equipment, including but not limited to Konami Player Tracking, promotional and enrollment kiosks, standard computer terminals, embossers, InfoGenesis, scanners, and mobile devices for enrollment and bus operations.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
  • Knowledge and ability to use a computer keyboard and mouse.
  • Ability to supervise, train, and motivate Team Members.
  • Ability to coordinate staff schedules and manage daily assignments.
  • Ability to accurately work and/or manage multiple projects under demanding circumstances.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one (1) year experience as a supervisor is required.
  • Experience as a bus program or rewards center supervisor preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Commission, which includes passing a background investigation.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

Physical Requirements:

  • All work is performed on site in Madera, CA.
  • Requires manual dexterity to perform job related functions.
  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for the duration of their shift.

Work Conditions:

Team Members will be in constant contact with fellow Team Members and Guests. Work includes the maintenance and care of the assigned work area. Work is typically in an area which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, and will contain secondhand smoke. Work may be performed in a confined area. Performance of job duties will require standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and grasping. Work may be scheduled at various hours, including working overtime, and during evening, weekends, and holidays. Work may entail trained chemical usage. Work is performed outdoors and can involve continuous exposure to high and low temperatures, sunlight, wet surfaces, and noise.
