The agency is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the position of Busi Support Analyst 2 within the Fulton County Board of Health in the Medical & Preventative Services Division.

This is a Ryan White Grant position.
Position Duties
This position will prepare, maintain, and monitor Ryan White grant-related financial data, and prepare financial reports with primary responsibility related to the documentation, tracking of all funded expenditures and assisting with developing budget for the Ryan White grant application. Will also manage, monitor and track two other budgets within the Medical and Preventive Services Branch. Receives and processes quotes for vendor services; process invoices; maintain end of year accrual list. Responsibilities include reviewing budgets, completing requisitions, inventory, receiving purchase orders, setting up meetings and working closely with Director.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of experience related to area of assignment; or one (1) year of experience required at the lower level Busi Support Analyst 1 (GSP130). Note: An equivalent combination of knowledge, education, job or intern experience, training, or certifications that provides the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully perform the job at the level listed may be substituted year-over-year.

Human Interaction: Requires the ability to function in a managerial capacity for a division or organizational unit; includes the ability to make decisions on procedural and technical levels.
Equipment, Machinery, Tools, and Materials Utilization: Requires the ability to operate and control the actions of equipment and machinery, requiring the monitoring, adjustment, regulation, and/or setting of multiple conditions.
Verbal Aptitude: Requires the ability to utilize a wide variety of reference, descriptive, advisory, and/or design data and information.
Mathematical Aptitude: Requires the ability to perform moderately complex algebraic and geometric operations; ability to utilize principles of basic probability and statistical inference.
Functional Reasoning: Requires the ability to apply principles of logical or synthesis functions; deal with concrete and abstract variables; and analyze major problems that require complex planning for interrelated activities that can span one or several work units.
Situational Reasoning: Requires the ability to exercise judgment, decisiveness, and creativity in critical and/or unexpected situations involving moderate risk to the organization.
