About this role

Now Brewing – business analysis manager, Starbucks Technology! #tobeapartner

From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only celebrated coffee and the rich tradition, but that also brought a feeling of connection.

At Starbucks, technology is increasingly at the center of how we serve customers, support partners, and drive our business forward. As Starbucks continues to evolve, Starbucks Technology is leading the transformation - harnessing emerging technologies like AI and building the capabilities that will power the company's next chapter.

We’re looking for a curious, collaborative, and analytically strong business analysis manager to help support this work.  This is a unique opportunity to partner directly with Technology leaders, influence strategic investment decisions, and help shape a broad portfolio of initiatives across one of the most dynamic organizations at Starbucks.

As a business analysis manager for Starbucks Technology, you will…
•    Partner with senior Technology leaders to translate strategy into actionable financial plans, business cases, and measurable outcomes.
•    Evaluate technology investment opportunities, build business cases, and provide decision support for initiatives ranging from foundational modernization to emerging capabilities like AI.
•    Develop innovative approaches to complex business problems by simplifying processes, improving efficiency, and enabling greater organizational effectiveness.
•    Review new business proposals to identify risks, opportunities, financial implications, and recommended actions.
