Position Duties

This position supports the business processes, system functions, and project coordination needed to maintain the statewide real estate management system. As a Business Analyst 2, you will perform the following duties:

  • System Support: Assist with TRIRIGA functionality by coordinating needs, reviewing system issues, and supporting development activities
  • Inventory Management: Audit agency records and maintain accuracy of Commonwealth land and building data
  • Requirement Development: Work with staff and stakeholders to propose system improvements and create business requirements
  • User Training: Provide classroom, virtual, and individual training for TRIRIGA users and maintain instructional materials
  • Issue Coordination: Manage reporting and change requests to support problem resolution and system updates
  • System Administration: Support TRIRIGA administration tasks to help maintain access, user support, and project readiness

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment
  • Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.
  • Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, two days per week at headquarters in Harrisburg. Candidate must also be able to travel to Harrisburg as required to perform job duties and meet operational needs. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

Minimum Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • One year as a Business Analyst 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
  • One year as an Information Technology Trainee (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
  • Five years of business process analysis experience; or
  • One year of business process analysis experience and a bachelor’s degree; or
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training.
