The Business Analyst role within the Traveler Services field organization are instrumental in the leadership and analysis associated with the numerous performance action plans around Productivity, Service Quality, Revenue, Employee Engagement and Cost Management. The BA is a key part of the leadership team with exceptional skills around taking data and turning it into the key local insight required to drive change within the context of the many improvement programs within CWT including Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, Adoption and Product Management deployments.

Position Responsibilities:
Helps drives operational discipline
Content creation & communication
Maintains procedure manuals and documentation. Ensures current information is available to all employees, communicates to appropriate employees when updates are posted, maintains appropriate document control, and ensures obsolete documentation is updated regularly.
Maintains regional reference lists including key client lists, look to book lists, employee CIC and agent sign lists, GDS access, operations procedures master list.
Ensures communication & change management plans are achieved – ensuring annual plan is developed, meetings are scheduled, and agenda's contain all required elements.
Identifies key communication opportunities and provides content for leadership to drive overall performance.
Change management consultant
Expert user of Power Advantage. Ability to take data and turn into actionable information and insight.
Develops reports to assist managers in driving productivity and in tracking training including control charts, outlier reports, training reports, portrait reports.
Maintains understanding of LSS principles and ensures region is applying tools appropriately. Leads process improvement projects when appropriate.
Leadership team member
Active part of the leadership team activities including positive participation in employee engagement activities, team building, training and self-development and active participation in team meetings and working sessions.
