A Typical Day:Perform ad hoc data analysis and data studies to develop related report protocol. Develop business requirements for recurring reports including budget scorecards and monitoring reports. Analyze Mortgage data and reports to identify trends, data anomalies, and opportunity areas. Focus on identifying trends and anomalies to mitigate them before they can affect the business. Strategic Reporting, Presentation, and Dashboard Development for Executive Decision-Making. Develop and deliver impactful presentations to senior management, summarizing key insights, trends, and strategic recommendations derived from data analysis and domain expertise. Design and build interactive dashboards to communicate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats across core business functions. Prepare high-level presentation decks that synthesize complex analytical results, including predictive model outputs, into clear and actionable insights. Own the end-to-end maintenance of monthly reporting cycles, including data updates, model validation, comparison of trends, and final executive reporting. Apply domain knowledge in mortgage analytics and statistical modeling to articulate key assumptions, provide data-backed justifications, and align reporting with business objectives. Stay current on industry, economic, and regulatory trends to inform forward-looking analysis and ensure relevance of reporting deliverables. Design, Validation, and Communication of Reporting Workflows and Data Structures. Develop and implement new reporting workflows by thoroughly documenting reporting requirements, designing data pipelines, and validating results. Create comprehensive data dictionaries by mapping and documenting all relevant data fields used within SQL stored procedures. Ensure data integrity and continuity through rigorous testing and regression analysis against existing reports and data sources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to verify report accuracy and align with business logic. Effectively communicate complex technical findings and finalized reporting solutions to business stakeholders and senior management to support strategic decision-making.
What You’ll Bring:Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Accounting Science, or related field, plus six (6) months of post-baccalaureate experience as a Project Consultant or in a related position. Experience must include data analysis, SQL, functional and performance testing, Tableau, Python, R Studio, and Saas solutions

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
- Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
- Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
- Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
