Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule / Shift: Monday – Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Additional Requirements: Occasional on-call weekend support as needed
Proposed Pay Range / Rate: $60,000 – $85,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business units and IT teams to support system and process improvements

Assist with gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements

Create use cases, workflows, and functional documentation

Participate in initiatives across the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Support testing efforts, troubleshooting, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Analyze reports and data to identify defects, trends, and opportunities for optimization

Utilize SQL queries and reporting tools as needed
-
Maintain accurate documentation for systems, processes, and changes

Follow established change management and governance practices

Provide support for critical system issues when required
Qualifications:

Required Education: High School Diploma / GED
-
Preferred Education: Two Years of college or associate’s degree (coursework in Information Technology, Business, or related field).
- Experience:
- 1+ year(s) of experience leading or participating in projects preferred
- 1+ year(s) of experience serving as a liaison between the business and IT/Business Solutions preferred
- 1+ year(s) of experience working with Microsoft Business Intelligence services preferred
- 1+ year(s) of experience with computer programming preferred
- Knowledge:
- Knowledge of best practices for project management and process improvements preferred
- Knowledge of computer programming concepts and techniques preferred
- Training:
- Completion of training focusing on project management concepts, foundations of information technology, and communication techniques preferred.
- Technology/Equipment:
- Proficient in typing 45 words per minute required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required, specifically data display, formulas, macros, and pivot tables within Excel
- Proficient in leveraging internal technology platforms preferred
- Proficient in leveraging Microsoft Business Intelligence platforms such as SSDT, SSIS, SSRS, SQL Database, and PowerBI preferred
- Exposure to project management software preferred
- Exposure to SQL queries preferred
