The Business Analyst I – Endpoint Engineering supports the Digital Workplace organization by coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation and work plans, executing test cycles, and producing operational reports for a large enterprise IT environment. This role partners closely with internal technical departments and external vendors to ensure deliverables remain on schedule and stakeholders are informed of progress, risks, and outcomes.

Your Responsibilities on the Team 

  • Coordinate meetings and development workshops for major Endpoint Engineering projects, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned on scope, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Write, revise, and maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and policies in support of Endpoint Engineering and Digital Workplace operations.

  • Track and update Endpoint Engineering team work plans in Jira/GitHub, and coordinate deliverables to and from other teams as planned.

  • Perform extensive testing across all phases of the project development cycle, providing structured feedback to the Endpoint Engineering team and other development teams.

  • Produce and distribute recurring status reports—including team weekly work summaries, onsite asset-tagging daily counts, and similar operational metrics—and track the completion of projects, identifying potential missed deadlines or emerging risks.

  • Ship and track supplies and equipment in support of endpoint deployments and operational needs.

  • Execute procurement functions and mobility transactions, coordinating with vendors as needed to ensure timely fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, IT operations, or a related role.

  • Basic understanding of business processes, data analysis, and enterprise technology systems; familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira or GitHub is preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.

  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
