- Production Support:
- Perform daily "Keep the Lights On" activities, including monitoring Oracle Receivables import exceptions, corporate card transaction flows, and Adaptive integration successes.
- Integration Management:
- Partner with the Financials API Pod and Oracle Engineering to design, test, and support integrations utilizing AWS (Lambdas/ECS), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and SFTP protocols.
- Data Analysis & Troubleshooting:
- Utilize SQL (via Deloitte Cloud Insights) to query Oracle databases for root-cause analysis of financial discrepancies and system bugs.
- Cross-Functional Liaison:
- Lead requirements sessions for new enhancements, translating complex business needs from PFS and WinShape leadership into technical specifications for developers.
- Identity & Access Management:
- Manage user lifecycle and security permissions across the tech stack (WAS, Workday, Oracle, Adaptive) to ensure appropriate internal controls.
- Vendor & Partner Management:
- Manage technical relationships and support tickets with external partners, including Deloitte, Oracle Support, and Wells Fargo
- Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (GL, AP, AR, Expenses) and Workday
- Solid understanding of API-led connectivity, middleware (OIC preferred), and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
- Ability to quickly learn and understand technical systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience building strong relationships with others and values the opinions and strengths of teammates
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical financial stakeholders.
- Attention to detail
- Self-starter who can work autonomously with significant latitude
- Servant spirit with strong sense of stewardship
- Experience with Adaptive Insights (FP&A tool).
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and BI Publisher.
- Familiarity with AWS Lambda and ECS tasks for data processing.
- Experience in a "Technical Business Analyst" role supporting financial services or non-profit entities.
- Experience supporting custom software in an Agile software development lifecycle
