We are currently looking for a Business Analyst Intern for our CLIMBERS Internship Program in our Bloomfield Hills office! This 10-week program will provide the opportunity to support areas of our business and work on special projects. 

What are the responsibilities of the Business Analyst Intern?

• Support the analysis of key operational, marketing, and financial metrics by generating reports and gathering data through scheduled or ad hoc queries.
• Filter, compile, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Assist in developing insights using supply, demand, competitor information, and internal company data to support business recommendations.
• Prepare recurring dashboards and reports summarizing KPIs, leasing trends, resident engagement, and property performance.
• Clearly summarize and communicate analytical findings to support data-driven decision making.
• Provide analytical and reporting support to the Revenue Management and Marketing teams, as well as other internal teams as needed.
• Conduct market and competitive research to evaluate industry trends, pricing strategies, and amenity offerings.
• Analyze marketing performance data, including website traffic, campaign engagement, and conversion metrics.
• Support digital marketing initiatives by assisting with campaign tracking, content updates, and performance reporting.
• Organize and maintain digital assets and internal marketing resources for team use.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and special projects that require research, analysis, or marketing coordination.

What are the role requirements of the Business Analyst Intern?

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university; Junior or Senior standing preferred.
• Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related major preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate Excel skills; experience with Pivot Tables or data modeling preferred.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
• Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to identify trends and patterns to support data-driven decisions.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and interpersonal skills.
• Must adhere to team apparel policy.
