Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our RCS Legal and Audit team in the role of Business Analyst-RCS Litigation Support.
This role supports the department by providing timely, accurate, and reliable financial information crucial for optimal operational management. In this role, you will execute key internal and external financial transactions—including invoice processing and vendor contract management—while serving as a trusted resource for all levels of management to help them report, understand, and analyze departmental financial performance. A heavy emphasis is placed on data analysis support, robust report generation, and thorough data validation. Additionally, the incumbent will play a vital role in continuous improvement by documenting operational processes, developing comprehensive training materials, and conducting educational programs centered on financial performance and business intelligence.

Candidate Qualifications
Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
Bachelor's degree required; candidates holding or near completion of a J.D. Preferred
Requires ability to work with all levels of healthcare management and staff.
Requires basic knowledge of finance and statistics (ROI; NPV; risk; etc.).
