About this role

What We Need

CORPAY is hiring a high-caliber Business Analyst to operate across strategy, product, operations, finance, and risk as part of a rotational analyst program within Corpay’s US Vehicle Payments division. This is a high-exposure role designed for individuals who want to work on the company’s most important problems.

You will work directly with senior leadership and contribute to CEO-priority initiatives. You will be expected to quickly understand complex problems, structure ambiguity, and drive execution.

The role includes a structured rotational program, with rotations across initiatives touching a variety of business functions. Each rotation is expected to deliver measurable outcomes, not just exposure.

This role is designed as a launchpad into leadership, product, strategy, or operational roles.

This position falls under our MasterCard line of business and is located in Atlanta, GA. You will report directly to GM President and regularly collaborate with teams and other departments.

How We Work

As a Business Analyst, you will be expected to work in an office environment. CORPAY will set you up for success by providing:

  • Assigned workspace in the Buckhead Atlanta office.
  • Company-issued equipment + remote access
  • Formal, hands-on training

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Own high-priority, ambiguous problems tied directly to company-level goals
  • Independently drive workstreams from problem definition through execution and delivery
  • Partner with senior leaders to frame decisions, challenge assumptions, and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Rotate across business-critical initiatives, with clear deliverables in each rotation
  • Analyze transaction, financial, and operational data to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction, and risk mitigation
  • Translate business problems into structured analyses, models, and actionable insights
  • Define success metrics and track performance against business objectives
  • Build dashboards, models, and reporting that directly inform executive decisions
  • Identify inefficiencies and drive automation, simplification, or redesign of processes
  • Work with product and engineering teams to scope and deliver system or workflow improvements

Qualifications & Skills

  • 0-2 years of experience, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset, ability to take ambiguous problems and drive them to resolution
  • Strong communication skills, including ability to synthesize and present to senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of payment ecosystem preferred
  • Exposure to high-impact, cross-functional projects preferred
  • Familiarity with product development, experimentation, or process optimization preferred

What Makes This Role Different

  • Direct exposure to senior leadership: Regular interaction with LOB Group President and General Managers as well as visibility into CEO-level priorities
  • Real ownership early: Expected to drive outcomes, not just support analysis
  • Structured rotation with accountability: Each rotation/initiative will have defined goals and measurable outputs
  • Cross-functional scope: Work across product, operations, finance, and strategy rather than being siloed

What You’ll Gain

  • Direct access to senior leadership and business-level decision-making
  • Accelerated exposure across multiple business functions within your first year
  • Experience working on high-impact, CEO-priority initiatives
  • Path into roles in product, strategy, operations, or other functional area
  • Increased ownership following successful completion of rotations
  • Mentorship and exposure to payments and fintech ecosystem

Benefits & Perks

  • Medical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hire
  • Automatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements)
  • Virtual fitness classes offered company-wide
  • Robust PTO offerings including major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer time
  • Employee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.)
  • Philanthropic support with both local and national organizations
  • Fun culture with company-wide contests and prizes
