Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent for Business Analyst, Supply Chain Excellence (SCE) to join our Strategy & Business Excellence team located in West Chester, PA, New Brunswick, NJ, or Raritan, NJ.

The Business Analyst supports SCE Strategy & Business Excellence with communication strategy, service performance, portfolio governance, and strategic business planning by delivering analytics, insights, and continuous improvement support. This role focuses on enabling structured feedback with external partners, translating insights into service enhancements, and driving clear, Credo aligned communications within the SCE organization.  This role partners closely with internal SCE stakeholders and contributes to the maturity and advancement of SCE effectiveness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support execution of the SCE communication strategy by developing performance summaries, portfolio updates, and service related communications that increase visibility, understanding, and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with enterprise priorities.
  • Support structured feedback mechanisms with external partners by collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing input related to service effectiveness, value delivery, and experience.
  • Translate feedback into actionable insights that inform service enhancements, performance improvements, and Credo aligned actions.
  • Promote data driven and digital first ways of working across SCE initiatives.
  • Support internal SCE communications that reinforce Credo values, service accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop summaries, insights, and messaging that connect partner feedback and performance outcomes to Credo driven behaviors and decision making within the SCE team.
  • Provide analytics and performance insights related to SCE services, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to strengthen service quality, reliability, and value.
  • Support regular performance updates that inform leadership discussions and improvement actions.
  • Actively contributes to continuous improvement efforts by supporting analysis, documentation, and follow up actions that enhance service maturity, partner experience, and operational effectiveness across SCE.
     

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 0-1 years of general business experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive working relationships and support alignment across SCE and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, concise internal communications for SCE audiences.
  • Support execution of the SCE communication strategy by developing performance summaries, portfolio updates, and service‑related communications that increase visibility, understanding, and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required; Promote data driven and digital first ways of working across SCE initiatives.
  • Ability to support service documentation, performance tracking, and continuous refinement of offerings to improve clarity, adoption, and value realization.
  • Ability to identify experience driven improvement opportunities that strengthen trust, transparency, and Credo aligned outcomes.
  • Ability to support performance reporting and insight generation that informs service enhancements and leadership discussions
  • Ability to support continuous improvement initiatives by applying established tools, frameworks, and best practices to enhance service quality and partner experience.
  • Proactive mindset focused on service excellence, learning, and incremental improvement.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$79,000.00 - $127,650.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
