As an Analyst in the Asset and Wealth Management Risk Center Business Management team, you turn risk data into clear, executive-ready insights by tracking key metrics, supporting governance routines, and promoting process improvements. You help make reporting faster, more accurate, and more decision-ready. You build a strong foundation in analytics, program management, and stakeholder communication while learning how risk management operates within a complex global business. You collaborate with partners across the organization to challenge the status quo and deliver high-quality, impactful results.

Job responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze risk metrics
  • Identify trends and elevate material signals
  • Partner with contributors to challenge thresholds and breaches
  • Capture high-quality commentary and anticipate actions based on data
  • Execute risk management programs and governance for reporting
  • Support reporting lifecycle and controls
  • Prepare materials for risk committees and senior management
  • Track committee topics and support adherence to guidelines
  • Support executive summaries for key forums
  • Identify opportunities to streamline deliverables using technology
  • Implement improvements to reduce manual effort and increase quality

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience creating Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations
  • Analytical mindset and comfort working with metrics and trends
  • Ability to operate independently and collaborate across teams
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and resilient under deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ownership and initiative

  • Experience with AI tools
  • Familiarity with risk management in a global business
  • Program management experience
  • Stakeholder communication skills
